CHARLOTTE -- We generally think of Habitat for Humanity as a builder of new homes but the organization has a relatively new program that deals with repair.

Tim O’Neil, the director of the Critical Home Repair program, talks about its inception and what it’s become in just a year and a half with News 14 Carolina’s Rob Boisvert. Watch the video for the interview in its entirety.
