Barbara Morasso sorts through designer tile for a spare bathroom she's remodeling.  But she won't pay designer prices.  She's getting these tiles for a song.
Morasso says, "You can get a lot of high end pieces that are severely discounted."

Shopper Leonard Wortham loves the prices here so much, he comes three times a week. Today, he's checking out wall paper.  Wortham says, "You can always find something different every day."

So where is this magical store where stock changes at least once a day and prices are bottom dollar?

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore off Wendover.  And people are catching on.Store manager Jim Hall says it's "Because of the economy, the way the economy is, people have heard our name more in the past couple of weeks. In fact, sales are up at the ReStore 7 to 10%.  "We are definitely selling a lot right now. A lot of people don't want to spend $25 to 30 thousand on a kitchen redo." An increase in sales at the ReStore is good for them and good for Charlotte, too, because the profits go right back into the community.

A win-win for Morasso.  "If its going to help the community and stays in the community, that's all the better."
