VOLUNTEER GROUPS

Groups are welcome to participate on a one-time or regular basis, and the time you spend at the Restore helps Habitat to build more homes! Tasks usually involve building or improving merchandise display, helping to receive, price and sort donated items, customer service and/or general housekeeping of the store. 

For high school age groups, there must be 1 adult to every 5 youth, and each group participant under the age of 18 must present a Minor Release Form that has been completed by a parent or guardian; click here to access the Minor Release Form.

All group participants must wear closed-toe shoes; we also recommend that you wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty since you may be cleaning or moving merchandise.

Looking for a volunteer opportunity for your office/church small group/youth group/ fraternity/sorority/sports team/book club/dance team/sewing circle? The ReStore has an immediate need for group volunteers on Mondays at the Wendover Road store. The store is closed to shoppers on Mondays, and groups will help with receiving donations in our dock area, merchandising/display, and preparing for the week ahead. It's a fun, low-key way to spend some time helping out at the ReStore!
