Building the Dream...
Monday January 21, 2013 is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. In honor of Dr. King's legacy Habitat Charlotte is taking on six different building projects plus work in Habitat ReStores to help local families realize their dream of decent, affordable homeownership.
Volunteers are needed...
The to-do list includes new construction, critical repairs to owner-occupied homes, deconstruction work at our Metal Recycling Center, and work at the two ReStores. Projects get underway Friday the 18th, and continue Saturday and Monday. Sign up for a work day below.
